What do I do if I'm injured on the job?
Since Chris Talarico & Associates., Inc. specializes in filling clerical and
related positions, we have a very low on-the-job accident rate. However,
occasionally someone does have an accident or suffer a work-related injury that
requires medical attention. This page will explain your rights and
responsibilities under the Worker's Compensation law.

an employee of our client |
| CALL US and tell us about your injury as
soon as possible |
Notice to Employees in Case of
Work-Related Injury
This notice describes your rights and responsibilities under the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as they relate to Worker's Compensation. It is
important that you understand your rights and duties so please read this notice.
Written Notification to
Staff Members
This document describes the law and it's require in more detail than the
"Notice to Employees in Case of Work-Related Injury". This is one of
the documents you signed when you first started working with us.
