(“CTA”).  Our company specializes in Office Support, Secretarial, Customer Service,  Accounting, industrial and Trades, and Retail Management as well as professional personnel placement including temporary, temporary-to-hire, direct hire and payroll processing.    We proudly service many of Berks County’s finest businesses, corporations and non-profit organizations with its main office in Reading, Pennsylvania.

CTA was founded in January 1992 with $500 and a young woman’s dream.  Over the past several years, CTA has evolved into a multimillion dollar, highly recognized personnel service in Berks County.  CTA is a local, privately-held, 100% woman-owned business that has prospered since its inception on a philosophy of excellence.  CTA solidly established itself in Berks County’s business community by its strict adherence to a policy of ethics, professionalism, and a commitment to give back to the community by donating 10% of its profits to local non-profit and charitable organizations.
